ADELMO GALERIA, Inc admits to all the artists with or without trajectory and all type of original pictorial or photographic work that can be printed and reproduced, as well as original works. The choice of the work is to your liking and full responsibility, we take care of the quality and the good impression and colors at the time of printing, therefore, take into account that you when visualizing the work and for causes that are only caused by your Computer or monitor and the way they are configured (brightness, color profiles, etc.), may have color or contrast changes, ADELMO GALERIA, Inc is not responsible for this.
To buy on our website, you do not need to register or open an account, but if we have an internal control of the buyers and their payments. You agree to the following terms and conditions:
Initially we offer our services in the region / country formed by the United States of North America, we do not ship to other countries at the moment. ADELMO GALERIA, Inc reserves the right to change this at any time.
You agree that we sell two types of products: printed and original reproductions, in the latter special conditions or terms apply. Please read Buy Originals.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase at ADELMO GALERIA, Inc.
You as a purchaser agree to make your purchases for a verifiable and legal payment system in US $ (US dollars), which is in use within ADELMO GALERIA, Inc, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard.
You guarantee the legality and ownership in the form of payment or method to be used in your purchases within the website, thus releasing ADELMO GALERIA, Inc from any liability or accusation of fraud. ADELMO GALERIA, Inc only verifies the payment method, not the use of malicious third parties, once verified the payment and awarded to our accounts is when we print and send the work to the buyer. That amount will not be refundable.
Your bill will be charged with the concept of sales taxes in effect in the State of Florida.
The products offered for sale on this site are for your personal use and not for resale. ADELMO GALERIA, Inc reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased, and to refuse or cancel any order we believe violates any of these Terms.
Purchases of Original Works of Art
As a Member, you may purchase Original Works of Art that are listed by other Members on the Site. When you purchase such an Original Work of Art through the Site and Services, you are purchasing the work from ADELMO GALERIA, Inc and not from the Member identified on the listing for such work. Prices for Original Works of Art will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and which will be separately identified on your receipt. ADELMO GALERIA, Inc and/or its third party service providers will collect your billing and shipping information and process your payment. The Member identified on the listing of the Original Work of Art will ship the purchased work directly to you. The terms and conditions of ADELMO GALERIA, Inc’s then-current Return Policy apply to any Original Works of Art that you purchase through the Site and Services. When you purchase Original Works of Art via Online Sales (other than via the Site and Services) such purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Online Sales channels which will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Purchases of Printed Works
As a Member, you may purchase Printed Works that are listed by other Members on the Site. Prices for Printed Works will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible and that will be separately identified on your receipt. When you purchase Printed Works through the Site and Services, ADELMO GALERIA, Inc and its third party service providers will collect your billing and shipping information, process your payment and ship the Printed Works directly to you. The terms and conditions of ADELMO GALERIA, Inc’s then-current Return Policy apply to any Printed Works that you purchase through the Site and Services. When you purchase Printed Works via Online Sales (other than via the Site and Services) and Offline Sales such purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Online Sales and Offline Sales channels which will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Currently we do not offer “Framing Service”
Some of the original or reproduced works are sold without framing or mounting, you accept and understand that you have to “REQUEST” this option so that the work is framed or mounted in a frame and that this will cause extra charges at the time of canceling your purchase . This request must be made by Email, you will receive a call or an email where you will be informed of the details of the framework of your work, its costs and how to pay for this service.
If you do not notify us of your desire to frame your purchase, we will only send the work you purchased without framing or mounting.
This does not apply if the work is already mounted or with a frame.
Taxes
All prices, commissions, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms, including any prices, commissions and fees set forth on the Site, are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include any sales, use, value added (“VAT“), goods and services (“GST“) or similar taxes or withholding taxes or any customs, duties or tariffs that may be assessed by any governmental tax authority or that are otherwise payable under applicable law with respect to the purchase, sale and licensing transactions contemplated hereunder (collectively, “Taxes“). If you are a seller of Original Works and/or Printed Works, you acknowledge that ADELMO GALERIA, Inc will withhold the Taxes required to be withheld from the payments ADELMO GALERIA, Inc makes to you. Seller must fill out appropriate Tax forms prior to any commissions being paid.
